Class Teacher – ECT (NQT) Graduates

The Governors of Marlborough St Mary’s CE Primary School are seeking to appoint an innovative and highly motivated teacher with energy and enthusiasm to join our school in September 2023.  The position is for an ECT (NQT) Graduate and offered initially from January 2024 until the end of the Academic year.  This position will be subject to review towards the end of the FTC period and may be extended and/or made permanent.   We have some flexibility within our current team, meaning the position would be suitable for either a KS1 or KS2 candidate.

SENDCO and Resource Base Manager

 

The headteacher and Governors of Marlborough St. Mary’s Primary School are seeking to appoint a SENDCO and Resource Base Manager to join our team to cover maternity leave.

This is a full-time, non-class based role.

This is a demanding role and will require someone with experience, resilience, dedication and an absolute passion for supporting our children with additional needs and their families.

 

We are looking for a SENDCO who:

  • Holds SENDCO Qualification
  • Understands the role of the Resource Base within a Mainstream setting.
  • Will develop the strategic development of SEN policy and provision in the school.
  • Provide professional guidance to colleagues and work closely with outside professionals.
  • Has high expectations of achievement and believes that every child can achieve and make progress.
  • Can communicate effectively with children, parents and staff and who can work effectively as part of a team.
  • Can help collleagues develop and flourish through support and appraisal.
  • Can oversee the implementation of SEND provision in the Resource Base and Mainstream.
