Appointment of Mid-Day Supervisory Assistant

The Governing Body of St. Mary’s School is seeking to employ a Mid-Day Supervisory Assistant to work 1 hour per day, from Monday to Friday, supporting the children at lunchtimes.

As an MDSA you will be responsible for setting up/clearing the hall for lunch, encouraging and supporting the children in the dining hall and supervising play during the lunch break.

We are looking for a person with patience, empathy and a good sense of humour. Experience of working with children with special needs in not a prerequisite but would be advantageous.

Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 12.00-1.00pm Monday to Friday (Term time only)
