Dear Parents/Carers
Y3 Production – Lights, Camel , Action!
Tuesday 13th December at 2pm and Wednesday 14th December at 6pm
As we are now starting to our production of ‘Lights, Camel Action!’ we are writing to let you know how you can book your tickets to this exciting event!
Entry will be by ticket only and the play is meant for an adult audience – we do not think it is fair for the pupils to be put off by younger children who may not be able to keep quiet and still. A crèche will be provided, so please indicate on the reply slip any spaces you require. Please remember that all the pupils will have seen the play at school.
Each family will be limited to 4 tickets each, which will be sent back to you after we have received the tear off slip below. If you would like extra tickets for other adults please indicate in the box provided. Please ensure that your ticket request is returned by Monday 5th December as we will then be inviting other year groups to see if they would like tickets. If there are spare tickets after this they will then be sent to you.
All children should be at school by 5.30pm for the evening performance and make their way to Mr Ferris’s classroom to be registered. We would be very grateful for support from a couple of parents at this time to help with costumes. If you are available to help please indicate on reply slip attached.
If no parents have objections to photographs being taken at the performances, you may bring your cameras! However, if you do object please make sure you indicate this on the slip and parents will then be asked not to take photographs of the performance.
Please encourage your child to learn their lines and project their voices. Please can costumes be in school by Monday 5th December at the latest. If you have any difficulties with your child’s costume, please come and speak to a year 3 teacher.
