On Monday Year 6 were delighted to meet Jason Ashcroft from Falconry UK. Jason bought 5 amazing birds with him:
Bailey A White Faced Owl
Blu Blue A Winged Kookaburra
Rocco An African Pygmy Falcon
Tito A Brazilian Pygmy Owl
Brooklyn A Verreaux Eagle Owl
The children were enthralled and the birds were beautiful. Jason
was very knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting information about the birds and their habitats.
Even though the children were unable to handle the birds the children were able to stand next to the birds and have their picture taken. Thank you Jason for an amazing, uplifting and educational experience.
