Sports Week – Monday 19th – Friday 23rd June
We would like to confirm the following arrangements for Sports Week:
· Children to wear PE Kit every day next week
· Children will need sunscreen applied before they come to school
· Children should bring a hat and water bottle every day
Sports Day – Thursday 22nd June
· Morning 9.15am – 12 noon – Years 3, 4, 5 and 6
· Afternoon 1.15pm – 3.05pm – Reception, Years 1 and 2
· For Sports Day all children will need to wear a plain t-shirt in their house colour
· The only access to Sports Day will be through the Van Diemens entrance. All visitors must sign in and out. Access will not be permitted through the main entrance (Ducks Meadow).
· The Van Diemens gate will be open from 08:30 until 09:20 in the morning
· The Van Diemens gate will be open from 13:00 until 13:20 in the afternoon
· Entrance to the main school buildings will not be permitted. If you require use of the toilet facilities, you will need to request access from a designated member of staff
